A rollercoaster of emotions in a day is but a common state for most of us right now. We are more aware of what we feel everyday because there’s not much busy-ness to distract us. We may spiral down or get hyped but the good thing is that there is an awareness and this is where we begin to stabilize our emotions.
The midline between our negative and positive emotions is stillness and it's good to know that we can stay there consciously. Here’s a meditation to help you find your stillness. Listen, be calm and carry on.
